Made to Order, Made with Care

Every item at Caffeine & Care is printed just for you when you place your order. We don't keep warehouses full of pre-made stock — your products are created fresh by our print partners, which means a little extra love (and a little extra time) goes into every order.

Production Time

• Most items take 2–7 business days to produce before they ship.
• During busy seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take a bit longer.

Shipping Time (After Production)

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $4.99
• Free Shipping: 3–5 business days — Free on orders $50+
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $15.00

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, a standard order typically arrives within 5–12 business days.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and times above apply to US addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed, we'll let you know. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.
